The first thing Anna registered was the air prickling at her skin, the sound of the wind howling she came back to her senses. For a while, the omega didn’t move despite the voices blanketing her, almost suffocating. The young pup could not decipher what they were saying, but they sounded familiar. She tried to move her fingers, but the omega ended up lifting her whole hand with a gasp and then started coughing into her fist.
“Hey, hey, careful, you're okay," A voice said gently next to her as she curled up, lips quivering and waiting for the coughing fit to stop.
