I got up from the chair as the council adjourned the meeting. Distantly, I could still feel Death's glare on me as he walked out of the room in a hurry. The other gods and goddesses moved to congratulate me and wish me well, even Claudius.  "I hope we learn to get along with our different ideas," he murmured politely. I nodded my head with a smile as we shook hands. Making a silent agreement between the two of us.  The other deities introduced themselves and I was suddenly feeling very overwhelmed. Thankfully, the room started to clear out until it was just my mother and Mother Nature standing before me. My mother rushed to hug me and I stiffened as I felt her hold on me.  Slowly, I returned the hug and felt her body relax. "I'm so proud of you. I'm glad you got everything you wanted,"
