Chapter Seventy-Four. The White Wilderness, Northern Territory. Edvard pushed Anais back behind him. “Snow Mobile, NOW!” he bellowed, he had little time for niceties, not that he was particularly nice to the girl in the first place. The sound of cracking bones filled the air. He did not have much time before the snow bear would pounce, and it had been a while since he had shifted in anger. Anais watched her eyes wide as Edvard, her reluctant protector’s, body twisted and turned, his limbs lengthening, and soft white fur covered them. It only took a couple of seconds before he was replaced by his wolf. The wolf turned to her, giving the young Fae princess a warning growl, before launching itself towards the snow bear. Anais backed away from the snarls, just as Edvard’s wolf jumped
