“It’s your fault!”
Knox POV
I pace in my office, waiting for a phone call to tell me where the f**k my mate is. In the middle of playing Museum in the auditorium, both Henry and her disappeared.
I’ve called and texted her at least a hundred times, but got no response. I sent a crew of my security team to Henry’s pack house to get Juniper back.
My phone rings and I pick it up immediately.
“Yes?”
“Sir. We have news about Ms. Woods.”
“Spit it out.”
“Sir, Henry did indeed abduct her, however she is currently in the hospital.”
“WHAT THE f**k DID HE DO TO HER?”
“She has several marks running from her mid back to her thighs that look like they were left with a cane, but that’s not her reason for being admitted. She attempted suicide, sir. She slit both wrists.”
