Joel I took a deep breath as I knocked on Jessica’s door. She answered with a pleasant smile, her parents hovering behind her. I greeted them, answered the protective father questions, and then her mother was shooing us out the door. I walked her to my vehicle where Hal opened the door with a smile. I chuckled in my head.
