Eileen's POV
I felt as though I was floating in a void, surrounded by endless darkness. I tried to open my eyes, only to find myself in a deep, shadowy forest. Moonlight filtered through the dense canopy, casting dappled patterns on the ground. The air was thick with the scent of damp earth and faint pine. I looked down at my hands and noticed they were glowing faintly, as if wrapped in a silvery veil.
“Where am I?” I whispered, my voice echoing in the silent forest.
Suddenly, a sharp, searing pain shot through my bones, as if countless blades were slicing me from within. I dropped to my knees, clutching the ground, my fingers digging into the soil. My body trembled violently, and the sound of bones cracking and reshaping filled the air, chilling me to the core.
