Seth's black Audi is waiting outside my work place when I step out of the office on Tuesday evening. It's been a long day and the fatigue is really getting to me.
Alec climbs out of the car to open the back door for me. He smiles politely and I nod in return.
Seth's gaze flicks to me when Alec closes the door. He looks breathtaking in a white pristine shirt. The stripped tie is loose and the top two buttons on his shirt are undone.
I suck in a breath when our eyes meet.
"Hi baby." His voice is low and husky.
"Hi." I murmur in return and he wraps an arm around my shoulders then pulls me to him.
I rest my head on his shoulder and he kisses my hair.
"How was work?" He asks, his fingers caressing the skin on my shoulder gently.
"Same old." I reply and he chuckles against my hair.
