I'm in an immaculate room when I wake up. The curtains have been pulled back and fresh air circulates in the room. I take in the white draperies, whitewashed walls and classic chandeliers and I have an odd feeling. The smell of antiseptic overwhelms my senses and I gag. I hate hospitals. "She's awake." Someone announces quietly. A moment later, a face hovers over me. My vision is kind of blurry but when she talks, I recognize her instantly. Patricia. I fight to focus as her fingers slightly trace my jaw. Ouch. That stings.
