"Will anyone tell me what is going on?" Claire yells but I'm too numb to speak.
"We'll tell you later. Maybe we should abort the Serena mission." Patricia says with a deep sigh and turns the car around to head back to her place.
"Patricia, you really don't need to do that. I'm safe at the moment. Let's go and see Serena first." I try desperately but she doesn't even glance at me.
If there's one person who understands the anguish I went though after the r**e, it's Patricia. I spend endless days crying myself to sleep and having recurrent nightmares and she was right there with me all along. That's why she never takes any chances when it comes to me.
The black Audi that Alec is driving is right behind us and I feel safe, knowing that Ken won't hurt me; at least not yet.
