Light pierces through my eyes.
I grunt.
Light goes through my eyes again and I can feel someone touching me.
"Stop!" I groan out. I am surprised to hear my voice sound so raspy.
"She's waking up." I can hear Daniel's voice.
My eyes completely open and adjust to the dim-lit room.
My eyes still feel tired and heavy.
Quickly, everything that happened rushes back. I start to panic but my eyes scan the room and fall on my mate. I quickly calm down.
He comes closer and holds my hand with a tender and gentle smile.
"Morning." He says.
"Hey... am I in the hospital?"
"Sort of. You are in the medical building of the school." He caresses my head.
