I ran out the door of the gym as quickly as I could. I knew I loved Henley and wanted to spend the rest of my life with her, and I had to tell her. I didn't want to waste one more minute without Henley in my life. I jumped into my car, and it roared to life as soon as I started it. I pulled out onto the main road and headed straight for the palace, hoping I wasn't too late.
Joy filled my heart as I turned down the roads leading to the palace. A thrill ran through me as I pulled up to the castle gates. The guard smiled and waved me in right away. I chuckled, waving my thanks. I pulled up at the front door, and two guards stepped out of the shadows. They nodded and let me pass. I ran up the steps and beat on the door.
“Henley!" I yelled, beating on it some more. “Henley!"
