Slowly I grabbed Ahkari's hand that was wrapped around me, and released her grip. Without letting go of her hand I started to pull her towards the door. Ahkari moved with me but her eyes never left Simon. I waved good bye to the demon as I shut his bedroom door.
Ahkari was glaring at nothing in particular but now that I was standing in front of her, I can see that her eyes are glowing a firey orange color. Honestly, I should probably be scared, but I was having the complete opposite effect. I reached up to cup the side of her face and she finally looked at me.
Ahkari's eyes were still glowing scarily but they softened slightly when they connected with mine. She looks so fierce and oh so f*****g beautiful. Ahkari really is my Blonde Goddess.
"Are you okay?" I asked her.
Ahkari nodded.
