Cia had been working at her desk while she waited for Ethan. She had been waiting for him for an hour. As Ethan had left the house two hours ago, she had left for the office shortly after. Now it had been more than three hours, but he had not appeared in the office. She had been expecting him because she had learned from the maid that he had not eaten his breakfast that morning.
She tried to call Richie but his phone had been switched off. She had been expecting both of them together after the meeting. A while later, she got a call on the phone. It was from Robert.
