ASHLYNN POV.
I groaned into my hand at my grandmother’s words. I regretted my actions of outing my son to everyone because now I have set in motion an obligation to fall on my son’s shoulders. I had every confidence in my son that he would be a great leader and alpha to his people but there were a few snags that were left in the open… like Colton being a hybrid of werewolf and lycan and that he is the son of a banished granddaughter of the alpha. I guess the last one shouldn’t cause to many waves because my own mother was banished by her own father so I guess only the hybrid thing would be able to be used against him, but knowing Colton, it wouldn’t matter him that much. He was always someone that kept to himself, and I suspect it was due to him knowing that he was different from others.
