A panicked scream left my throat as the shadow descended on me. I almost expected to be tackled to the ground but instead I felt big hairy arms encircle protectively around me as multiple old books came raining down around me with an accompanied crashing sound. Clouds of dust swooped up from the disturbed books and I coughed as it stuck in my throat as I breathed.
