I didn’t realize that I had been up all night working until I saw the sun starting to shine though the window that morning.
Zeke and Bellamy looked exhausted, but I had told them so many times to go to bed, they just kept refusing. They didn’t want me to have to go through all of this stuff by myself.
I was starting to think that they were picking out files that they didn’t want me to see and that’s why they didn’t want to leave me alone in the office.
It felt like they were really keeping an eye on me during the night. They would always look to see who’s file I was in whenever I opened a new one and I was tempted to ask them why. But I knew they would lie to me about it. It was obviously something that they didn’t want to tell me about.
