[Bianca] “I hope I didn’t scare you back there,” Otto whispered from behind me. I slowly turned around, careful of whoever may be listening as I held up my teacup as a barrier in front of me. “Should I be?” I couldn’t help but ask and Otto looked momentarily hurt before his expression became stoic. “Not at all,” he said as he casually glanced over his shoulder. No one was paying any attention to us, or so we thought, but Otto also seemed to be careful. “Appearances,” he then whispered, and I nodded as I took a sip of the now-cool tea. Otto gave me a quick nod before he left me alone. I scanned the people and spotted Adam sitting with someone I didn’t know. I couldn’t help myself as I slowly made my way over to them. They both looked up at me rather curiously and I did my best to smile.
