“Where are you going?” Otto whispered as he followed me. I glanced over my shoulder and shrugged. The truth was, I needed to spy on Myriad and company. I needed to get as much information as I could so that when I was rescued, I could tell them everything I knew. “This is not a good idea, Bianca,” he then said, but I rolled my eyes and continued forward.
“Maybe you shouldn’t come with me,” I stated softly. I heard him grunt and I couldn’t help but smile. The closer we got to the heart of the cave, the warmer the air got, and I shivered at the temperature change. Otto suddenly grabbed me and pulled me to the side and as I looked at him questioningly, I heard voices.
