OLIVIA’S POV
“Is anybody in here?” I heard a voice ask after the door opened slightly and the guard peeked inside to see if anyone was in here and I covered my mouth to ensure that he didn’t even hear a sound. I was safely hiding behind the huge curtain that was covering the only window that was in the room and I waited as the guard walked around the room to see if anything was out of place. Lucky for me I still hadn’t taken the sceptre otherwise he would have realised that I was in still in the room and intensified his search. Although I did wonder what had prompted him to search the room in the first place.
After he was satisfied he switched off the lights and walked out of the room. I waited for a few minutes before I came out of my hiding place to complete my mission. I was trembling
