Confrontation

He left her a note before he went out. He met wolfie at their favorite bar and immediately ordered his favorite. "So...you were a superhero?" Wolfie asked without beating around the bush. Beast nodded, "Yeah. I was on this team the Teen Titans. We were all friends, and we...we had a falling out." Wolfie hummed, "So now what's going on?" Beast blew out a breath, "The f**k I know. I thought I was done with this part of my life. And now here they are here and I just-." Beast shook his head. Wolfie groaned, "Ugh oh what you do?" Beast took a hearty swig of his cherry flavored Saki and muttered, "I hooked up with one of my old team mates." Wolfie c****d his eye brow, "The purple hair girl you were looking at?" Nodding Beast gave wolfie the breif rehash of their history. "f**k man, that's some shit." Beast nodded, "Yeah and now I'm totally fucked." Wolfie sighed, "Not quite...I think this is a good thing." Beast c****d an eyebrow, "You think that because?" Wolfie shrugged,, "You always seemed...depressed. Lost. We're friends but I don't think I know a damn personal thing about you for real. We drink beer and talk s**t whenever but you're a blank cavas." Beast sighed at the truth making Wolfie grin, "You missed them. And considering I've only seen you with two women, both of who I never saw again I'm assuming you've also missed this girl you hooked up with." Beast shook his head, "I thought I was over her. Done with all of them, and now their back." Wolfie shrugged, "But can lie and say you didn't miss them?" Beast huffed, "It gets deeper than that." Wolfie rolled his eyes, "Look man all I know is since I met you, you've always acted like something, or someone was missing making you complete. Maybe it was them, maybe it wasn't I wouldn't know. But I do know that if you do want to try and fix...whatever's broken, you almost didn't have a chance to fix. You might want to think on that." Sighing Beast skulled his drink back before standing, "See you later." Walking out of the bar, Beast was going through the door when someone bumped him. Looking down at the smaller woman, Beast sighed seeing it was Jade. A one timer, he had after too much to drink almost a year ago. He had been depressed after running into Bumblebee who had been all too happy to tell him off for abandoning the team. Jade had been there, a shifter like Wolfie, a sister to someone in his pack, had wanted to comfort him. He had tried to ignore the pretty dark haired Japanese/American girl as she smiled her lip-gloss sticky smile at him. But after five drinks and her looking at him knowingly and approached him asking if she could help. Beast took her hard in fast in the bathroom against the sink. It was an angry f**k, one of aggression, and harsh grips. But Jade being a shifter had liked it. And she thought he would want to be with her. But he had quickly shut that down quick. "Beast." Jade purred flipping her silver hair out of her eyes to peer up at him. "Jade." Beast tried to push past her but she stopped him digging her claws into his side, "So who's staying at your place? It's going around the pack these freaks have been spotted around town, and in your cars. Who are they?" Pushing her back Beast looked at his side pissed seeing the claw marks on his skin. Beast growled, "None of your f*****g business." Jade's jaw clenched as her eyes glowed golden, "Oh yeah? Cause funny enough I ran into one of them. This grey looking slut with purple hair. She had on one of your shirts, I asked her how she knew you since I had slept with the guy who smelled exactly like that shirt. She started to look a little f*****g possessed when this orange haired chick dragged her away." Beast felt rage burn in his veins. "Stay the f**k away from me Jade. And stay away from my family. Crazy b***h, the f**k wasn't even worth this shit." Pushing past her roughly, Beast took off in a steady run.  He calmed down by the time he got home, but he knew he was in for it when he saw Cyborg's face. "I know." Cyborg grabbed his arm and dragged him away, "You don't know!" He hissed pissed off, "She missed you man. She...she went through a lot in missing you. She's really hurt to hear you were with someone else." Beast scoffed, "I left, I thought...I thought I'd never see her again! Come on man what was I supposed to do? Wait and wank for the rest of my life?" Cyborg sighed, "No. Just...just talk to her." Beast went upstairs to the third floor and found Raven laying in his bed. She sat up slowly and whispered, "Am I pathetic for feeling possesive and icky thinking of you with her? Like I want to punch her in the throat." Beast laughed a little, "No. I felt the same way when I found out about Malchior, About how you liked Aquaman. I was just...we weren't together. And I couldn't say anything. I never could." Raven nodded, "Like how I can't say anything about you and her." Beast sat on the bed beside her, "It was a one time thing. I was drunk and feeling lousy, she had been coming on to me for months. She was there...and it happened. But it didn't mean anything and it was a WHILE ago." Raven slowly nodded and whispered, "I can't say anything about it. I just didn't like hearing it." Beast kissed the side of her head and Raven smiled blushing as he looked at her sweetly. Raven suddenly felt his body and her eyes zeroed in on the gash on his side. "Oh my god, what happened!?" Beast laughed, "I told Jade to piss off. She didn't like it too much." Raven pushed her hand gently against the cut and began to heal him. Beast looked at Raven closely and tucked her hair behind her ear. Raven blushed as she finished healing him and laid down. Beast laid beside her and both were silent until Raven shyly whispered, "Was it different...better...easier being with her? Because of what she truly is?"  Beast shook his head slowly and admitted, "Nah. It was actually only because we were drunk that I was able to do it because I was thinking about you. If that doesn't completly disgust you to know..." Raven froze, "You had s*x with her thinking about me?" Beast groaned out in utter embarrassment, "It's horrible I know. But even though she had a more animalistic appetite and I didn't have to worry about hurting her, it didn't appeal to me. I was drunk, missing you, and..."  Raven peered up at him, "And?" Beast sighed, "And it was always you Raven. You that I craved and I wanted you in the worst way. Even after I was gone and there seemed to ben no hope."  Raven looked at him shocked making Beast blush, "Come on Raven you were this hot, sexy, thick bad ass living down the hall from me. I grew up w*****g off to you, and I thought you knew and that's why you didn't like me." Raven giggled breathless, "I never tried to feel for your lust, it wasn't in my mind too." Raven glanced down shyly, "I would think Starfire, the hot alien chick would have been more appealing." Beastboy grinned, "Nah it was Rachel Roth, the hot demon chick." Raven giggled even more giddy, "How DO you know my real name?" Beast smirked, "I found out your brithday right? I knew Raven was your crime fighting name because it's your symbol, the brand of your power. But Rachel's your true name. But I didn't want to get sent to another dimension for using it." Raven grinned and kissed him sweetly on the lips. Beast felt her ass up as she mooaned into his mouth. "Hey." Raven whispered as she straddled him, "Yeah?" Raven giggled as Beast started to nip at her neck, "I want to show you something later." Beast grinned wolfishly, "You can show me now." Raven hummed before climbing off him and grabbing a bag. Running into his bathroom, Beast sat up pulling his shirt off confused wanting to see what she was doing. Suddenly Raven came out in a purple lingiere set. The lace and garters making his gums ache in need, for the first time, Beast felt the primal urge to mark his woman. Raven blushed at his lusty gaze, his chest vibrating with a gowl as he looked at her. Raven walked to him and Beast groaned, "Fuck." They were laying in bed talking in low voices as the sun seemed to set on their finishing o****m. Beast kissed a sweaty but vibrant Raven and he watched her smile, listen to her giggle like a naughty little girl. It made him smile widely at her. "What are you smiling at?" Raven whispered softly. Beast grinned and shrugged, "Nothing. It's just nice to see you like this...you're so...open with me. You weren't like this before." Raven exhaled surprised, "Oh! I went through somethings when you left." Beast looked at her confused, "Like what?" Raven shook her head, "It's not important." Kissing her bare shoulder Beast rumbled, "It is to me Rachel." Raven blushed at him using her real name but felt fear at what she had to tell him, "Okay, it started after you left..." Raven had fell into herself. She hid in beastboy's room looking at the clean green room that the changeling had once occupied. Seeing a shirt she had seen him wear multiple times, Raven slowly took off her leotard and cloak. In nothing but Beastboy's shirt, Raven felt emotionally raw. Her emotions were everywhere trying to keep her power in check, but she was feeling too much. Sitting on his bed, Raven felt a book slid from under his pillow and saw a handsome journal. She didn't mean to pry into Beastboy's business, but in reading his journal, Raven got to see herself from his eyes. His point of view and she hated herself even more. Reading his words, his confusion on why he couln't get her to like him back, his helplessness when he thought she'd never care for him. It all broke her heart, a heart she was sure she didn't have. Feeling something hot and wet on her cheeks, Raven looked at her wet fingers shocked realizing...she was crying. She had never cried before, but low in behold, she was crying. Shaking in confusion in supressed emotions, Raven gasped as her eyes turned white, her mind being pulled into Nevermore. Falling into the dark chamber of her mind, Raven landed ungracefully on her face. Groaning, Raven cursed as she stood and met the eyes of Timid, "I was too afraid, I chased him away. I'm sorry." Raven started to protest this, but then knowledge appeared, her yellow cloak the only bright thing in Timid's domain. Looking at Raven behind her spectacles the emoticlone, waved her forward, "It's time we talked Raven." Walking behind her knowledgeable self, Raven was silent as Timid walked along side her sniffling. When they changed domain's they were in knowledge's. The huge gothic library while creepy and dark, was still beautiful. With it's floor to ceiling bookshelves, the black candles lit in the odd assortment around the room, the comfy plush couches and chairs in the room for places to read. Raven sat on the couch as Knowledge stood at a podium and flipped through a book. She looked up suddenly and fixed Raven a severe look as she tonelessly informed her, "You've f****d up." Raven sighed, "I know." Knowledge shook her head, "No you do not Raven. You do not know the extent of your actions. The damage you and your lesser selves have done pushing him out of your life." Raven winced before trying to downplay it, "It's just Beast Boy! I'll be fine... soon. I'm...I'm just adjusting!"  Knowledge laughed dropping her hood, "Fine?"  Knowledge scoffed, "You can not lie to me any more than you can downplay your pain to me, Raven!  I am you!" Raven winced before turning away, "Then we'll make it!" Groaning Knowledge smacked her forehead, "Listen to your body Raven! You're not going to be fine, you're going to be anything but since you foolishly let Garfield go." Raven sighed, "What was I supposed to do?" Suddenly happy came in, her pink cloak swishing around her ankles as she brought in Brave, and Sloth. The brown cloaked Raven yawned in exhaustion as she laid her head on Happy, "Can I please go back to bed? I'm positive you guys can chastise her without me." The grumpy girl whined. Suddenly a voice behind Raven snarked, "The fact you think that wad of clothes, books, and god knows what else is a bed shows your lack of decorum." Raven glanced over her shoulder and got a sarcastic bitchy wave from the orange cloaked her. As they all seemed to talk and find some where to sit, Raven looked to knowledge in confusion, "Why am I here? Why are all of you here together?" Knowledge sighed, "Because Raven...we will be no more." Raven jerked back in confusion, "The monks of azarath-." Knowledge nodded waving her off, "I know gave you the tool to access your mind and control your emotions. To better understand your emotions so you wouldn't hurt someone or worse fall prey to someone wanting you to hurt people. But this was a tool because no one thought you'd actually defeat your father. The power you have is yours now, it's engrained in your being. You banished the evil that controlled you, now you must understand the emotions that are with in you. Now you must accept the task you always liked to lie to yourself and say was impossible." Before Raven could ask what a lavender cloaked her appeared in front of her, "Passion." Raven whispered surprised. Winking Passion whispered, "It's kind of suckish the moment I get to the party you w****s want to disband. But whatever, it's cool." Raven let out a laugh without meaning to and her clones looked at her as she glanced around in fear. When she realized nothing had broken or gotten thrown around, she faced Knowledge realizing what was happening, "You want me to pull you all back in...not in my head but also... be all of you?" Knowledge smiled widely, "We are you! We've just been keeping you from feeling everything you could feel or would feel if you had us full time. Now is the time for you to accept the emotions like everyone else does." Raven shook her head standing, "I can't...I'm not ready for that!" All of Raven's selves surrounded her, and it was happy who held her hand and whispered, "Yes you can, because of us...because of your mirror you couldn't face what is you truly wanted and instead reflected old, slightly annoying behavior. It's time you set your emotions loose in your body Raven, set them free so when you love again, you can keep them." Raven gasped when they were pulled into what had been anger's domain. The place was empty, and barren the once scary place still scary, but missing the monster that had once plagued it. When Raven looked around at her emotions circling around her, Raven whispered, "Please I can't feel all this!' She fell to her knees as every happy moment, sad moment, sloppy wanting to stay in bed moment flittered through her brain. But it was the beast boy memories, the wanting to laugh but couldn't moments, the time his pointy ears deflated when she was a b***h to him, the hurt look in his eyes when he told her he loved her. It broke Raven down as more tears streamed down her face. Screaming, Raven's emoticlone's were absorbed into her, and nevermore was no more. "The team found me the next morning crying into a cup of tea like a big ass baby." Raven remembered softly, "I was broken, angry, bitter, and different for awhile Gar. All because you had left me, and you weren't even mine to feel left by."  Best looked at Raven with wide eyes, "Raven, to be honest, the only person I thought would miss me in titans tower was Cy. HE was the only one that was still on myside when I...grew up. I thought you would have been glad to be rid of me, if I had thought for a second you were going to be upset or hurt by my leaving I wouldn't have. I'd never want to hurt you." Raven nodded in understanding, "I know. And in a way I'm grateful you did, you growing up, leaving, it made me realize how much I HADN'T. I was still just a little girl afraid of the demon I was. But then you happened, the first person who never judged me for being a demon. For being different, you knew it, and you liked me for it." Beast grinned kissing Raven's head gently pulling her into his arms. "I've always more than liked you Rachel Roth. You just took your sweet precious time realizing it." Raven smirked as she bit his chest making him playfully growl at her. Both of them looked into each other's eyes, the warmth of their skin against one another sending both into another blissful coupling.
