Jack helped me climb into his truck and made sure I was all buckled in before closing the door and running to the driver's side. I had never been with someone so attentive. I almost didn't know how to react.. Looking down, I placed the seat belt under my swollen belly and let out a sigh.
"You okay?" Jack asked softly before pulling out of the driveway. I nodded my head and gave him a tentative smile before placing my palm against my stomach.
"Just trying to get used to this. I feel like I grow bigger every night. I feel like a freaking whale" I mumbled, and before I could even process what was happening, Jack placed his hand over mine.
