Goodbye freedom

It was almost noon when Kronos made his way to his father's chambers.  The Dragon King was sitting on his bed with a naked blonde grinding on him.  When he saw his son come through the door he just raised one of his hands signalling him to wait. The prince leaned on the door frame, his arm's crossed over his chest as he waited for his father to finish.  The blonde started shaking a little as he squeezed her ass furiously.  After a few more thrusts she collapsed, gripping on his shoulders as he groaned filling her. After that, he just took her off him and send her away. "That one looks interesting" Kronos mumbled. "Yes, she's quite good and she's mine so don't you dare touch her. Find your own." He pointed a finger at his son with a slight smirk on his face.  "Don't worry father, I wouldn't touch yours. I prefer unused." He smirked right back.  "Anyway, you wanted to talk to me?" "Oh yes, I decided to send for the Shifter princess, Keila." The king smirked. "Alright, and what does that have to do with me?" Kronos asked confused. "Well, she's a young woman from a good family. So you are going to marry her." "What?" Kronos yelled at his father. "You want me to marry her? I don't want to get married. And I surely don't want to marry that shifting brat!" He was quite angry but as scary as he looked his father was unaffected. "She hasn't even shifted yet, she just turned eighteen." "Eighteen? You want me to marry a child?" "She's not a child, just young. And they say she's quite the beauty." The king said knowing very well his son had a thing for beautiful women. "You can't seriously expect me to have a wife. I am not a family type and you know it." He frowned at his father.  "Oh, I expect you to marry her. She's a shifter, you know they are stronger than humans and you need a strong heir. She's also royalty and with her as your wife and later the queen of our kingdom, her father wouldn't even think about plotting something against us." "I understand why you want to take her as a hostage but I don't have to marry her for that." "You do have to and you will. This is not for discussion." The king said in a low threatening voice which made his son frown disapprovingly. "You don't have to be a faithful loving husband, just make her act like a happy wife, make her smile in public and put a baby in her belly. Other than that I don't care. She should be here in a few days." With that, he waved his hand dismissing him. "Fine" the prince murmured and left the door fuming. He couldn't believe he would get married so soon. He didn't want a wife, he liked his life how it was, living in the castle or the military camp in the north.  He liked the attention the girls gave him, he even had a few favourites. And now he had to take care of a woman, a rich brat who never left the castle, that's what he thought. If she was expecting a perfect husband she had a surprise coming.     Keila was seated on her bed, thinking. It was early morning and she had 48 hours before she had to leave. She decided she didn't want to spend them crying.  She got up and got dressed for her training. She was one of the few girls who could train with the men. Girls usually didn't, but shifters got some of their shadow's traits even without shifting.  It was usually strength or speed. The stronger the person the stronger his shadow. Women usually didn't get that big and strong shadows.  That's why most of them didn't train, but Keila was one of those with great strength and speed. So she hoped she would get a strong shadow and trained several times a week. Not many people were bold enough to train with her, nobody wanted to hurt the princess and that's why she trained with Raul. "Hi Raul, can I join?" Keila greeted when she got to the training grounds. Raul was one of the best fighters they had so he trained every day. It wasn't hard to find him. He looked quite confused seeing Keila so lively. "Of course, I mean are you sure? You want to spend the last few days in here training?" "Not really, I want to spend them with my friends doing what I like, that includes training." "Oh...alright, I guess." There it was again, friends. He knew not to show it but it hurt every time. They spent the day training and talking. Raul had to go easy on her as he was really strong and even if she was too, he was still a male. When they talked they kept avoiding the topic of her leaving. It just hurt too much and they didn't want to think about it yet.  After dinner, Keila thought she should try to talk to her mother. It made her nervous but if she had to leave she wanted to try for at least one more time. Knocking on her mother's door she was really nervous. She had no idea what to expect after the last time.  When no one was heard she slowly opened the door and looked inside. Her mother was sitting in her rocking chair softly rubbing her belly.  Keila wasn't sure she knew about her standing there. "My sweet sweet boy... Mamma is right here, don't leave me." She whispered softly. "My sweet little prince, don't you want to stay with your mama? " Keila was looking at her mother's far away look and had tears in her eyes.  She was afraid of her own future. What if the same happened to her? She was scared of becoming a mother. She dreaded losing her child like her mother had so many times. Would the dragon prince want her to pop out one child after another? She looked at her broken mother and put a hand on her shoulder. "Hello mother"  Her mother looked up at her and frowned. She sometimes didn't even recognize her. It was like looking at a stranger. "I can't find my baby," the queen said. "Can I hold yours?"  Keila didn't know what to say. "But mother, I am your baby. And I am leaving the day after tomorrow."  "No, you are not my baby. Where's my baby boy? I want my baby boy!" She started to cry while hitting Keila's chest. She just held her mother close while rubbing her back. That was not how she wanted this to go. She didn't want a husband and such tragedy. She couldn't turn into her mother.  She left the Queen's chambers a half an hour later when her mother finally calmed down and Keila put her to bed.  That night she couldn't sleep, she thought about her future and her future children.  With a mother like her, maybe unable to give birth safely and a cruel father like the Dragon prince was, what would they be like? Dead or living in hell? She didn't know what was worse.     The next day was quiet. Everyone knew she was leaving but they were scared to talk about it.  She spent the day with Mira, talking. They tried to have fun but it just didn't come.  "Mira" Keila called after a moment of silence. " Hmmm?"  "I...do you think .....what do you think the dragon prince will be like?" She softly asked. "I don't know, are you scared?" " Of course I am scared, I'm terrified. I don't want to be locked in the palace, beaten or worse."  "Maybe he isn't so bad. I mean, you don't know him, maybe he will like you."  "I hope so," Keila mumbled to herself.    They talked until the early morning when they finally fell asleep. She packed some of her things in the morning and after a long goodbye with her friends she got in the carriage. This was the last day of her freedom and she would meet her prince in a few days.
