Chapter Fourteen The press office in the palace was moving faster than I’d ever seen it. Along with the coterie of lawyers the palace had on hand, everyone was working tirelessly to stop Connor Gallagher from making good on his threats. Despite his threats, there wasn’t enough to arrest him, considering he didn’t threaten my life or anyone else’s. Threatening to release information, or photos that we had no proof he’d taken, wasn’t enough for the police.
