"I'm so sorry for crying. Meeting with you for playdates with the girls should be happy moments, but with Alabama taking off and joining the military and not telling anyone she was leaving really hurt us all. I didn't know what happened between her last month of school and her high school graduation. She seemed off and upset all of the time. She wouldn't talk to me no matter how much I begged her to.
