I follow Tlou to the bedroom. I find him standing still at the end of the bed staring down at it. The room is so quiet and the tension that radiates from him is palpable, and makes me shift from one foot to another.
He slowly turns to me, and I can see the regret in his eyes.
“I pushed too hard,” he says with a sigh, “f**k…I’m just too tired of waiting, wondering…”
“I know. I…” before I can say anything more, the door is pushed wide open, hitting the wall as Luna walks in.
Times seems to stop as we stare at her.
