Lindiwe's POV
I get into the ambulance with Isabella. I want to ensure everything is okay, so I quickly examine her. I do not want her to have the twins right now because I think that if they are born too early, it will be challenging for both her and me. I know her time is close, and it is only about a month to go. I would love to see her go the full term. The longer the babies stay in the womb, the better for them and us. I smile at her. Everything looks perfect, and I know she is not about to give birth.
"I'm relieved that you are not ready to give birth yet. Everything seems fine, and the two babies appear to be happy. Salvatore loves you so much. I think he is always slightly too worried about you. It is a good thing, though, because it shows how much he loves you," I say.
