Carlos knows what Anisha said was true. He will be in big trouble once Rocco finds out who he is. It does not tell if he can go and tell Rocco and how Rocco will take the news. Carlos knows that he has been acting like a child. After talking to Anisha, he realized how much danger he had put his life in. Carlos knows that Anisha will not tell on him. He also believes she has saved his life, but he does not know how to act around her now because she can blackmail him into doing whatever she wants him to do. He is glad Anisha stopped him from doing what he was about to do. He knows that Rocco would be furious if he did something like that and messed up his relationship with Mabel.
