Almost a week later, Alana’s mom was discharged and taken back home. A full-time nurse was appointed to take care of her but yet Alana decided to stay with her for a few more days to look after her.
“Thank you baby girl for staying with me..” Lara spoke showing her gratitude by kissing her knuckles.
“It’s okay mama. Come on sleep now..” Alana adjusted a pillow under her leg to make her feel comfortable.
