After seeing Leslie and how she reacted I vowed that I'll never let her miss me to a point where she didn't care about me anymore... As people I know we reach that point in our lives where empty promises push us not to care anymore. I didn't want the kid to go through that again.
I mean Les and I were okay and she asked me nicely not to leave her but then what happened happened and I couldn't see her, hence breaking my promise. I now vowed that it will never happen again because I didn't want to make her hate me.. Deep down it hurts a little bit th at she was a bit distant but I needed to be strong.
I unlocked my apartment and walked in on my cousin sleeping on the couch. I looked at the time and it was around 11PM... I looked at him and he was dead gone.
