8 : 45 pm House My name slips out of someone's mouth numerous times, until finally I open my eyes, heavy and still puffy from crying. The ringing in my head and ears increases and I can only hear the muffled voice of the man who calls for me. The light in the room is turned on, shining too brightly and making me shut my eyes tightly from the brightness.
