(Ashley POV)
I groaned as I opened my eyes. My head was aching and my throat was dry.
The light around blinded me for a second and I had to put my hand over my eyes. Once better I sat up and looked around.
The room was a black and brown theme. It looked elegant and grand.
Wait. Where is this place?!
I was suddenly alerted when a door was opened. A familiar elder woman walked in making my eyes widen.
"You're awake!" she shouted before running to me.
"Adella" I called as she smiled and put her hand over my forehead.
"Your fever is down" she mumbled before snapping her hands. A bowl of water along with a towel appeared on the table next to me.
I silently watched as she dipped the towel into the water before wiping my arm.
