/Aries POV/
Carter was visiting. They should have expected that considering the father was insistent on changing their minds. So he pulled out his big gun. Carter Romano. Their cousin brother. Aries wasn't surprised at his father's move.
"Did you both atleast try to talk?" Archer said, his voice taut. Aries just rolled his eyes.
Ever since Athea left, that was two days ago, Archer has been on edge. Another reason why Carter was visiting. His behaviour turned erratic and he refused to participate in any pack activities. It felt as if it was his form of protest.
Aron looked up from his bowl of cereal, "What do you think? Father won't even allow us to go near her. He definitely knows that we are trying to end this"
