Chapter 32 - The Safe Bet My date with James ended on a rather strange note. I don't really know where we stand right now, and I would be lying if I didn't acknowledge that things are a little awkward between us. I arrived at the safe house to find him already there, and for a few seconds I just stared at him not knowing what the best way to greet the man would be. In my head there is a constant battle between James and Alec, like my stupid brain refuses to understand that Alec is not even an option. At some point James and I will need to talk, because after tossing and turning all night, I have come to the conclusion that both James and I are broken, but maybe we can be a little more whole if we are together.
