Lysandra and Ivan looked at Kaiden when he said that, and then they looked at where he was looking at. Ivan was about to speak but then Kaiden just took off. He moved at an incredible speed for his size and he and Lysandra had no choice but to run after him.
The tunnel that the abductors made was pretty long, and there were a lot of turns, and if a normal human would go through the tunnel, it would take hours before getting to the end of it. But since their speed was inhuman, they were moving so fast that hours could be minutes.
