Lysandra and the boys rushed towards where the scream was coming from. When they turned into that alley, they halted their steps when they saw Shanty being thrown away from the man she was with by a humanoid lizard with huge claws.
“What the hell is that?!” Crane exclaimed, gaining the attention of the creature.
It turned towards them and growled. With its huge claws, it swiped Shanty, grabbing her by her waist while it raised its other claw and was about to s***h the human, but Zander made a move.
His eyes turned black-gold and black-icy blue, and in the blink of an eye, he was in front of the human, catching the creature’s claws. The creature growled at him and Zander smirked, ripping its claw apart.
The creature roared in pain and then it tried to escape with the unconscious Shanty
