CLEO'S POV -- I stand frozen in my room as Felix turns and leaves, a big part of me wondering why he never did something, why he never lashed out at me, but looking around my half destroyed room, I could only think that he already let out his anger on everything in here. I exhale a deep, long breath as I stride over to my bedroom door, shutting it and making sure it's locked before going into the bathroom, relieved that nothing in here is destroyed before I start to undress and climb into the shower. I open the faucet, gasping when the cool water splashes onto my heated skin and I relax when my body adjusts to the water temperature.
