AIDEN'S POV

I never thought that I would love the little fella , but seeing him cradled in my mate's arms is melting my heart , breaking down the walls I had built over years . It's currently two am and Eleia and I are wide awake because Felix decided that he needed to eat and poop and cry for about an hour for no reason .
"Is he asleep ?" I ask in a mere whisper , hoping to not wake him up even though he sleeps through noise .
"Yeah ." Eleia's smile is priceless as she stands with her arm rested on the edge of the crib , her other hand touching Felix , letting him know that she's there with him and always will be .
"Come back to bed ." I mutter through a yawn and she hums .
I roll out of bed , standing and I softly walk over to her , finding her eyes shut as her head lays on her
