* * * ONE YEAR LATER * * *     ABIGAIL   "Abby, quickly get the napkins, they are about to arrive!" I hear my mother yelling from the first floor.   "I am putting my shoes on, can you ask someone else to take them?" I respond while hopping on one foot and trying to put my shoe on the other.   "Alex, honey, can you take the napkins outside and put them in each place at the table?" I hear my mother ask Ezra's little brother.   "Abby, please come down now!" my mother insists, and I roll my eyes as I look myself in the mirror for the last time before going downstairs.   I have lost weight in recent weeks, but not as much as at the beginning when we thought that the nightmare was finally over , only to realize that we were entering a totally different one, at that time I was so sad
