Sia's PoV
"You lied to me?" I scoff. "You freaking lied to me?!"
"No, you didn't hear me properly," Daisy corrected, "I propagated Eva's idea to you."
"Sugar coating that you lied to me doesn't make it any different." Crossing my hands against my chest, I stopped pacing back and forth in my room and turned towards my best friend, who sat on the bed with a pillow on her lap.
"No, it is different," she insisted. "When you use the word lie, you implement that I tried manipulating you with something that is not the truth, which is not true. All I did was support Eva's idea of manipulating the truth for your benefit."
"Daisy Wilson," I narrow my eyes. "You're making zero sense."
"Okay," she scoffed, sighing helplessly. "I and Eva lied to you, happy?"
