"How nice of you to join us today, Cole." The teacher's voice was filled with sarcasm when I walked into my Math class the next day.
I was late, as always, and the teacher wasn't amused. This time, however, I knew I was later than ever. There was barely ten minutes left for the lecture to get over, but hey, it wasn't my fault that the first lecture was so early in the morning.
I just begun walking inside conveniently ignoring the teacher who's pay check went from my father's money. "Could you at least apologise and promise to not be late next time?" He crossed his hands across his chest.
"Even if I don't mean it?" I half turned to give him a sigh, making him shake his head in disbelief. I shrugged, making my way to the back until my eyes fell on a certain someone sitting alone.
