Alexander The sunlight streaming into the windows wakes me up and it takes me a while to remember the day before. I quickly sit up straight, my hands flying to my chest, but there is nothing there. I look around me and find myself in my bed, the sheets changed and not full of blood. Rachel is asleep in a chair next to the bed, her neck laying in what looks like a very uncomfortable position. I slowly get up, feeling stiff in some places, but other than that, it is as if nothing had happened, but I know I didn't dream of the attack. I also remember seeing Fraya, but I might have just imagined that part, I was in a lot of pain so it wouldn't be a surprise.
