Chapter 31
I finally made it past 13 weeks pregnant, but still, I was nervous and worried at least half of the time. August understood and did whatever I needed to feel more at ease. His patience really surprised me because it couldn’t have been easy for him to do, I was aware I was a bit of a nightmare.
I felt so much relief when I heard that we were having a son and that he was strong and healthy. I felt great health wise, and that was almost as reassuring that things would be fine. So was my growing stomach, which I loved to see, just one more indicator that things were good.
I was now at 16 weeks, and August and I were out doing some baby shopping. Maddox, Tulip, Perseus, and Gwen were also with us. They were just as excited to get started on getting things ready for the babies arri
