The hospital wasn’t safe no more, if they could defile it regardless of the rule standing in to guard it from such, all my life, I have never seen such boldness, such alacrity, such audacity as the Markham‘s had just displayed, but then, there was no way to tie it to them after all, not even one of the assassins was left alive to confess their hand in it, besides, I doubt Victor can be so sloppy as to hire those that would confess to save themselves, not since that first time at my house, with the attack on Maya. So even if we had managed to capture one of them alive, he would have either found a way to kill himself before we could torture, or he would have frustrated us enough to want to kill him by ourselves.
