A vibe and feel of embarrassment passed round the table along with the dishes as we were seated and eating, the scene where Kelsey’s mother had called me her daughter’s girlfriend played over and over in my head, surely Kelsey had corrected her that there wasn’t anything like that between us but the deed had been done.
While everyone had been in a state of embarrassed confusion, it was her father that saved the day by charging us all to go finish up the dinner preparations, after that we all spurred into action and started to set the table.
There was another difference between Mike’s parents place and here at Kelsey’s parents place, here there wasn’t as much servants as there are back at Mike’s parents place, I was even shocked to learn that all dishes were prepar
