A whole day passed before I heard anything from Josey, and another half a day before Victor Markham called and asked for another meet so that I can deliver Mike’s company to him on a paid platter of gold, again I chose the location so that it can favor us more than him, but then, most probably as a precaution, he brought a detail of security in, about seven of them whom Sarah identified as his special personal squad, they consist of pure breed vampires, turned vampires and humans, I was surprised at the last bit, but than Sarah filled me in through the com in my ear that they are a special set of people called hunters, I haven’t the slightest idea what they were or what that meant but from Sarah’s tone, they weren’t to be trifled with.
