I look at my phone screen, Dan is calling me. I put my phone on silent. I think that I need to change my cellphone number. Today Connor and I will be checking out the site for the hotel. Clara hasn't barged into my room yet, I'm already dressed for the day. So I make my way to her room. I knock on her room door, I put my hand on the door handle to open it.
"She already left" I look over my shoulder to see Connor standing by his room door that he just opened. He looks ready for the day as well.
"Oh" I say and turn around to face him completely.
"Someone picked her up" He says looking intensely into my eyes.
"Okay" I say, looking to the ground, not sure what else to say.
"After the site we can come back to complete the sketches" he says.
