The next time I open my eyes, it's already at midday. To my surprise there are two guards by the door and there is a girl sitting beside the window, reading a book.
A bare sound escapes my mouth due to utter surprise making them to immediately turn their eyes to me.
The brunette closes her book, a smile dressing her lips and when she looks at the guards' way, they nod towards her and they leave the room.
Oh, they must be making sure that I don't leave, but isn't it too much? Having guards?
“Hello, how are you feeling?” the girl asks with a friendly smile. I do my best to sit up on the bed despite my body aching.
