The next few weeks that followed my redemption were surreal. In contrast to the sad and tense few weeks I'd had before the true spy was uncovered, this was heaven. The triplets spent long hours with me each day; when we were not having conversations or going out on dates, they were exploring my body, and I, theirs, and connecting even more than we initially did.
It was bliss, and there was absolutely nothing more I could have asked for. Once Genevieve's dirty deeds were uncovered, the pack council invited me to another meeting.
