CHAPTER 33: HE'S MY FAMILY
“You open first,” I tell him leaving no room for argument, so he playfully rolled his eyes and complied.
“It’s heavy, not a feel bad,” he says glancing at the relatively small box that held his gift for me.
“That means nothing, it isn’t much anyways.”
Finally, he opens the box now that the wrapping paper has all been removed. He pulls one book out after another; there were four in total.
“Our favorite books,” he realizes. Two were his favorites and two were my favorites.
