I have had an amazing day, and my kingdom is happy, I am so glad that they have been given the mate bond. Even better, all of Lilith’s family have fully accepted me now. I almost cried when her father called me son, and Marcus welcomed me to the family.
I thought it would be years of them watching me closely before I would be given the chance to prove myself. I loved holding the twins, I didn’t even mind when they soiled their nappies, and with my sensitive sense of smell, it really didn’t smell good.
I still changed them with a smile on my face, pleased that I had managed to do it right. Their adorable sounds and smiles helped a lot. They liked getting clean. Lucifer was up front the whole time he was fascinated by them and couldn’t wait to have his own.
